Returns and Replacements
We have 7 days No questions asked Return policy. You can make a partial or complete return.
In the event, that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to issue a replacement. All you need to do is raise a request to us and we will take care of the rest.
We are always open to suggestions from our customers and a reason for return helps us to understand how can we improve user and product experience.
Note:
If the customer wants to refund/return or exchange after confirmation 50% amount will be deducted from the total order value.
Refund Policy.
Refunds for eligible orders ordered via online payment and cash on delivery orders, we offer only store credit. Shipping charges, Cash-On-Delivery (COD) charges, or any other charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order through the My Account Section in 24-48 hrs until it’s not processed from our end. Once it’s processed, we would request you to contact us for cancellation as we may still be able to cancel the order if it’s not picked up by the courier. Once cancellation is done and the refund is approved, please expect the refund back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
